• A non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Bookings are not confirmed until deposit has been received.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48hrs may result in a fee.

• SV Restoration reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

INVOICES & LATE PAYMENTS

• Invoices must be paid within 48 hrs of the invoice date or late fees will be invoiced

• Outstanding balances must be cleared before any other work is carried out

• If we feel the need we will take payment in advance before we arrive
